Registration Period

・Early bird registration： April 1, 2025 (Tue.) - June 20, 2025 (Fri.)
・Regular registration： June 21, 2025 (Sat.) - Jul 20, 2025 (Sun.)

Registration Fees

Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in Japanese yen.

Regular and student fees include participation in both the NC-AFM 2025 conference and the satellite symposium, as well as coffee breaks, the commercial exhibition, welcome party, conference dinner, and excursion. The fee for an accompanying person includes only the welcome party, conference dinner, and excursion.

Credit Card
The following cards can be used in the system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds for cancellations/withdrawals received after 15 July 2025. For cancellation notices received before 15 July 2025, 100% of the payment received, minus 5,000 JPY administrative fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after this date. Please note that the 5,000 JPY administrative fee applies to all refunds.

There will be no refunds for “no-show” registrants. The conference will not accommodate requests to send out any conference publications and/or materials to “no-show” registrants for any part of the conference duration.

Visa Support

For participants requiring a visa to enter Japan, please complete the visa support request form (link to be provided) and send it to the Conference Chair (KAWAI.Shigeki=this was image=nims.go.jp). After we receive confirmation of your registration fee payment, we will process your request and send you an invitation letter via email.
