HAKUTSURU Sake Brewery Museum

Japanese Sake is one of the polyamine-rich fermented alcoholic beverages. Hakutsuru Sake Brewery where visitors can enjoy freshly No.1 selling crafted sake and the rich culture of sake brewing. There is much to experience and taste here at this Brewery as Hakutsuru is known to be the heart of Japan in the world of sake brewing. You can learn the history of the various stages of sake brewing while also enjoying freshly crafted, unpasteurized sake and original museum goods.

Himeji Castle

Himeji Castle is known to be both a Japanese National Treasure and a World Heritage site. It has a unique design making it known as one of the biggest and the most beautiful castles by many in Japan.

Awaji Island

Awaji Island is located in the Seto Inland Sea, or Setonaikai, between the island of Honshu and the island of Shikoku. Throughout its history, Awaji Island has acted as a vital connection between Honshu and Shikoku. There is much history to be found, including the world's longest suspension bridge and several wonderful beaches.

Gala Dinner - August 29, 2024

The Sorakuen

"Sorakuen" is the only traditional Japanese-style garden in Kobe. The grounds are full of nature, a big cycad wood (sotetsu), large and old camphor trees, ponds and streams. You can enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There are also some outstanding buildings, the front gate, Kawagozabune (Houseboat), Kanshintei (Tea house), Hassam house and the Kodera stable beautifully complement the garden.
