Guidelines for Invited Speakers & Foreign Advisory Board Members

Participant Registration

Registration period: January 15th, 2024 (Mon.) - June 10th, 2024 (Mon.)
For invited speakers and foreign advisory board members, your participant fees will be exempted.
Please read the below guideline and complete the registration. (The registration link is attached in the guideline.)

*Please go to your "My page" and confirm that the status shows as "Submitted".
*You can edit and make changes to the submitted content within the submission period in "My Page".

Visa Support

We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates of the event, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location. To request an Invitation Letter, please click the button below to apply by June 10, 2024.

Further Information Regarding Visa

Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.
A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before Congress begins.
