*Please note that we can provide support only for the documents related to your participation during the conference.
*If you cancel your registration, we will not be able to continue providing support for your visa application process.
*Please review the details of each option carefully before submitting your request.

Visa documents application

Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
- Please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of JAPAN website to check the visa requirements and application.
- Only participants who have completed registration payment and submitted their abstract (Authors) are eligible to apply for visa documents.
- Please note that we can only guarantee your stay from September 26 - Octorber 3, 2026.
- Visa application documents will only be issued for requests received by July 31, 2026.
- Document issuance can take up to 7-14 business days.

Invitation letter (Confirmation letter of participation)

- The invitation letter includes the event dates, organizer information, and confirmation of your registration.
- This letter is issued only to participants who have completed both registration and payment.
- Participants typically use this document when applying for business trip approval at their institution.
