Registration Period

Early bird registration: April 16 – October 6, 2026
Late registration: October 7 - November 6, 2026
*All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST). 

Registration Category

The registration fee includes:
・Access to all sessions
・Access to all exhibits
・Coffee breaks and Lunch (Daily, excluding accompanying persons)
・Welcome reception (November 2, 2026)
・Award and Dinner (November 5, 2026)
・Technical Tour (November 6, 2026)

Student & Retiree	35,000 JPY	45,000 JPY
Accompanying Person(s)	15,000 JPY each	20,000 JPY each

*To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student in an accredited university.
Please note that a valid student ID is required for both online pre-registration and on-site registration.
Participants are kindly requested to present their student ID (student card or official letter) at the venue.

Payment Method

*Payment must be made in JAPANESE YEN (JPY) by credit card

Credit Card

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

You can download invoices/receipts and edit the name on them through "My Page".

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations (refunds) will be accepted until October 6th, 2026 (JST). No refunds after October 6th, 2026.
