Final paper submission deadline  August 21, 2026 → September 24, 2026→ September 30, 2026 (JST)

How to submit your final paper

  • This is a guideline for the Post-Acceptance Submission of Final Papers (called "Submission B”).
  • Only authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be able to submit.
  • The submission period will open after the Notification to Authors.
  • Please submit your full paper online in PDF format (Maximum file size for PDF: 18MB)

Paper awards

  • Session Best paper awards will be scored by the ARF Executive Committee members and Session Chairs based on quality evaluations of both the submitted paper and the presentation.
  • One Selected Paper Award will be awarded to one of the distinguished papers on the conference mainly by domestic (this year, Japanese) author(s). The selected paper will be presented at the next European Rotorcraft Forum based on existing ERF/ARF paper exchange agreement. ARF will support flight costs (economic fare) and ERF will support hotel costs (forum hotel) and offer a free registration for the awardee (one presenting author only).
