Payment

An invoice will be issued and sent by the Secretariat after your application has been confirmed.
Please remit the sponsorship fee to the bank account specified on the invoice by the due date.
The payment due date will be the last day of the month following the month in which the invoice is issued. If you require an alternative payment schedule, please indicate your requested payment schedule in the application form.
Please note that any bank transfer charges shall be borne by the applicant.

Donations

We sincerely welcome donations to support the organization and operation of ACPA12.
There is no minimum donation amount or fixed donation unit. Contributions of any amount are greatly appreciated.

Use of Donations

All donations will be used to support the preparation and operation of ACPA12.

Recognition

The names and logos of supporting companies and organizations will be displayed on the ACPA12 conference website.
