  • Presenters must pay the registration fee by December 28th, 2022, presenters who have not registered by the deadline will be removed from the program.
  • Participants are required to register for AJCPP 2023 and must complete the payment before the conference.
  • It is important to read all the website information before starting the registration process. Please refer to the bottom of the page for the cancellation policy.



Registration Fee

Payments must be made in Japanese yen.

Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB) is preferable.
*Bank transfers and convenience stores are available for domestic transfers only.

*Early registration is due by January 31, 2023. The payments also must be done by this date.

Registration Inclusions

     Registration Fee for On-site includes:

    1. Attendance of all of the sessions of AJCPP 2023 
    2. One ticket to Welcome Reception on March 15, 2023 *Due to COVID-19 policy at the venue, the Welcome Reception got cancelled.
    3. One ticket to lunch on March 16 & March 17, 2023 *Ticket will not be provided for payment after March 14.
    4. One ticket to Banquet on March 17, 2023  *Ticket will not be provided for payment after March 14.

    Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

    We accept cancellation and provide a refund on or before February 28, 2023(JST), please contact the secretariat.

    From March 1, 2023(JST), no refund will be granted for any occasion.


    • The Organizers reserve the right to alter, amend, or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program.
    • All cancellations or alternations must be notified in writing to the Organizers at ajcpp2023@pcojapan.jp.
    • The Organizers cannot accept responsibility for delegates' late transport arrivals or non-arrivals due to delays.
