Notification of Review Results: By December 20th (Fri) December 31st (Tue), 2024
Deadline for Registration of the Presenters: January 31st (Fri), 2025

Abstract Submission

ICTEAP-5 will feature both oral and poster sessions. The abstract submission form allows you to specify whether you would prefer an oral or poster presentation. All abstracts should be written in English and limited to 500 words, with one extra page to include examples, references, tables, and figures. Abstracts should be anonymous and in standard 12-point Times New Roman font, with margins of 1 inch. All abstracts will undergo a double-blind review process.

An individual can submit and participate in more than one abstract but be listed as the first author on only one submission. The first author must register in the early-bird registration period (by January 31, 2025) and present onsite.

Additional Note:
Submission should be done in the following TWO steps.
(1) Click the submission button below and submit
the first page of your abstract (text part) by copy-and-paste in the designated space.
(2) Send the PDF file of the complete abstract (with the extra page for examples, references, tables, and figures) to icteap5-reg@pcojapan.jp as an email attachment.
The title of your message should be "ICTEAP-5 abstract submission (ICTEAP-5 abstract submission , for instance).
