Registration
Please read the information and the guidelines below before you start the registration process.
- Presenters (Invited oral speakers & Contributed poster presenters) must complete the payment for registration by July 15th (MON.) 2024.
- Other participants who are attending the conference as audience must complete the payment by August 1st(THU.) 2024.

Registration Fees
The following registration fee includes:
1. Main Sessions
2. Lunch (Lunch box -bento)
3. Banquet

Payment methods
Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in Japanese yen.Credit Card
The following cards can be used in the system.
Bank transfer payment *A Japanese bank account is required, banks in other countries are not accepted.
*Please acknowledge that the transfer fee will be a burden on the participants.
・After applying for the payment, you will receive an email with instructions.
・Please make the payment to the bank account indicated in the email by the payment deadline.
・Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to be reflected in the system.
・If the payment deadline passes without payment being received, the payment will no longer be possible.
In such cases, please note that you will have to re-enter the payment procedure from the payment page.

Make sure that you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment.
Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.
Prepare your passport information to submit in the request.
Check that your passport is valid during the Congress period.
A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before Congress begins.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (refunds) are not accepted at this conference. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Visa Support
We will provide you with an invitation letter that clearly states the dates of the event, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location. To request an Invitation Letter, please click the button below to apply by July 12th 2024.
