Registration


Please read the information and the guidelines below before you start the registration process.

  • Presenters must complete the payment for registration by February 29, 2024 (JST).
  • All people who are going to participate in a roundtable or panel proposal also must pay the registration fee individually.
  • All participants are required to register for 2024 IFRWH and complete the payment by July 1, 2024 (JST).

Registration Period

  • Early-bird registration: December 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 April 10, 2024
  • Regular registration: April 1, 2024 through July 1, 2024

Banquet on Friday, August 9, 2024

The tickets are now available for 12,000 yen. You can purchase the option through the participant registration system.

And if you have accompanying persons, please purchase tickets through your account as well.

The banquet will be on Yakatabune-boat. Yakatabune is a beautiful Japanese-style covered houseboat, where you can enjoy traditional Japanese food and drinks during the cruise.

We recommend you purchase the tickets soon since the number of seats available is limited.


Payment method

Credit Card only (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, or JCB).
You can download the invoice and receipt from the registration system.

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations and provide refunds until February 29, 2024 (JST).

Please contact the secretariat at ifrwh24@pcojapan.jp.

No refunds will be granted for any occasion from March 1, 2024 (JST).

Visa Requirments

Please check the list of countries that have a visa exemption agreement with Japan.

If your country is on the list, you usually do not need to apply for a visa to enter Japan.

If your country is NOT included in the list, you need to obtain a visa at a Japanese embassy in your country.

Please read the Japanese visa guidelines provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of JAPAN.


To apply for a visa, you will need to prepare and bring the required documents to a Japanese embassy.

We strongly suggest that you start the process as soon as possible in case of unpredictable incidents that may delay the issuance of a visa.


International Participants who need an invitation letter, please contact the secretariat.


*Please note that we can only provide an invitation letter for those who have completed the registration and payment.

*The issuance of documents takes 7-14 business days, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

*Please kindly note that the organizing committee cannot guarantee the approval of your visa applications.


Childcare

If you need childcare during the conference, please contact the secretariat by March 31, 2024 (JST).

It is not guaranteed but we might be able to provide childcare at the venue. 

Please note that the childcare service is not free of charge.
