    Registration Fees

    Registration fees are as follows.

    Congress registration fee (General, Student) includes:
  • Access to the lectures and poster sessions
  • Ice-Breaker Party, coffee breaks, social dinner, lunch
  • Attendance to short courses
  • Mid-conference field trip (Can participate in only ONE field trip)

  • Accompanying person includes the Ice-Breaker Party, coffee breaks, social dinner and mid-conference field trip.
  • For accompanying person, please provide their name at the time of the registration. Additionally, please select the accompanying payment option from the option menu.
  • Please note that the change of the registration fee for the accompanying person will be made by 12:00 pm (JST) on the day following the deadline.

    Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in Japanese yen.

    Cancellation Policy

    No cancellations (refunds) will be processed for payments made more than 180 days ago or after Jun 1, 2025.
    We will not accept the cancellation (refund) if the payment has passed 180 days or is made after Jun 1, 2025.
