    Registration fees are as follows.

    Congress registration fee (General, Student) includes:

  • Mid-conference field trip (Can participate in only ONE field trip)

  • Accompanying person includes the Ice-Breaker Party, coffee breaks, social dinner and mid-conference field trip.

  • Please note that the change of the registration fee for the accompanying person will be made by 12:00 pm (JST) on the day following the deadline.

  • Only registered participants of this conference are eligible to apply.
    Please complete your participant registration before signing up for the Pre-Conference Field Trip.
  • Participation will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a limit to the number of participants, please register as soon as possible if you wish to join.
  • This trip is managed by JTB Corporation. Please check the registration page for cancellation information.

    Cancellation Policy

    No cancellations (refunds) will be processed for payments made more than 180 days ago or after Jun 1, 2025.
    We will not accept the cancellation (refund) if the payment has passed 180 days or is made after Jun 1, 2025.
