About

The 1st 3R (DNA Replication, Repair and Recombination) international symposium was held in 1997 in Japan by spontaneous organization by leading researchers. Since then, a series of this symposium has been held in a similar manner basically biannually. The latest 11th event was held in 2018 at Kanazawa, a historical city of Japan, with expanding the scope of this event to 3C (Chromatin, Chromosome and Cell cycle) as the 3R+3C international symposium. Beyond COVID-19, the 12th 3R+3C international symposium will be held in 2024 at Fukuoka, a major, international and historical city located in Kyushu of Western Japan.

  We are pleased to announce that we will be awarding Excellent Poster Awards to presenters selected among   graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. In principle, all graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who     present posters as first authors will automatically be nominated as candidates.
  More details will be announced later.
  As of July 17th, (two weeks before the deadline), there is still some time available for oral presentations.
  We will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. We are looking forward to more applications.
