Registration Fee

Conference Registration Includes

  • Admission and conference materials
  • Coffee Breaks During the Meeting
  • Welcome Reception (Nov. 18)
  • Banquet (Nov. 20)

    • Please note that other meals and accommodation are NOT included.
    Meals: There are many various restaurants around ACROS Fukuoka.
    Lodging: There are many hotels in the Fukuoka City area. In general, YOU are responsible for making your own hotel reservations.
    The only exception is for the overseas invited speakers, who will be provided with accommodation information by the Secretariat.

    Student Participant
    (includes undergraduate, graduate students and post-doctoral fellows)
    		 25,000 JPY
    Participant from Corporate/Industry
    		 55,000 JPY

    Excursion on November 20th, 2024

    The excursion is not included in the conference registration fee.
    If you would like to join, please purchase the option through the participant registration system. (16,000 yen)
    The same price applies to accompanying persons. Participants who wish to bring an accompanying person to the excursion should purchase tickets for them as well through the participant registration system.

    Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in Japanese yen.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations (refunds) will be accepted only before October 15th, 2024.
