Registration Fee

Basic registration fee

General Participant	40,000 JPY
Student Participant	20,000 JPY

Optional registration fee

Payment method

Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in JAPANESE YEN.

Credit Card

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

You can download your own receipt from "My Page".
Please see the Guideline here for your reference.

If you require invoices or receipts to show different addresses, please make a separate transaction.
Invoices and receipts are issued for each transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations (refunds) will be accepted only before September 30, 2026 (JST).
