Tours must be pre-registered, only those who have signed up can participate. Your group is written on the back of the name card.

 Assembly Place: Event square in front of Palace Hotel Omiya (located at the bottom of the outdoor stairs)

Please be punctual for the assembly time. If you arrive late, you will not be able to join the tour.

Important Notes

  • Please be punctual for the assembly time. If you arrive late, you will not be able to join the tour.
  • Only those who selected the Tour Option at the time of registration are eligible to participate. (An email has been sent to the eligible participants.)
  • Please note that on-site participation will not be accepted for unregistered individuals.
  • All participants are required to bring their conference name badge. Those without a name badge may not be allowed to participate.
  • Please note that the tour does not include lunch or a reserved lunch venue. Participants are kindly requested to make their own arrangements.
