Instructions for Authors
Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation
- All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system.
- Note that the first author is required to submit the abstract. If a co-author plans to present the paper, still the abstract must be submitted using the first author's account. The presenting author must then register separately by their own account with the Submission ID of the relevant paper.
- Submissions sent via e-mail, fax, or post will not be accepted.
- Only one presentation/abstract is allowed per registration. Additional presentation/abstract costs 20,000 JPY per/submission.
- Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.
- Authors are required to submit an extended abstract (Max.2 pages).
- Please submit your abstract written in English.
- Presentation preferences (oral or poster) will be considered, but the final program will be determined by the Program Committee.
Prototype Demonstration
Prototype Demo Session brings together leading medical robotic groups across Asia, providing a platform to unveil inventive concepts across various medical robot platforms.
Applications are open to a variety of focus areas, and demonstrations will be evaluated based on their application, innovation, and design.
Please submit a one-page abstract that includes the following information:
- Title
- List of Authors (All participants)
- Affiliation
- Abstract (200-250 words)
- Relevant pictures
One-page abstract will be peer-reviewed and published in the proceedings
