PRESENTER GUIDELINES

Oral Presentations

Oral Presentation Format

Each oral presentation will be 30 minutes in total, consisting of 20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for questions.

Presentation Equipment and Materials

  • Presenters are requested to bring their own laptops for their presentations.
  • There are no specific requirements regarding presentation software or file format.
  • The projectors support HDMI and VGA connections.
  • Please bring any necessary adapters for connecting your laptop.
  • There is no need to submit your presentation slides in advance.

Before Your Presentation

  • Please arrive at your presentation room at least 30 minutes before your session starts.
  • After arriving, please check in with the session chair or room staff.
  • There is no Speaker Ready Room.

Poster Presentations

Poster Presentation Format

Posters may present work in progress, research summaries, or technologies and approaches that benefit from the poster format. Each poster will be displayed on a W900 × H2,100 mm panel. We recommend printing posters in portrait A0 size.

Poster sessions will be held from 15:20 to 16:50 on both September 9 and 10.
Please be present at your poster during your assigned poster session to present and discuss the work with participants.

You may put up your poster from 9:30 on the day of your assigned poster session.
Please make sure that your poster is displayed before the poster session begins.
Please remove and collect your poster by 18:30 on the same day.

Poster Display

  • Please print your poster and bring it to the venue on the day of your assigned poster session.
  • There are no specific requirements regarding the content or format of the poster.
  • Please display your poster on the poster board assigned to your presentation. Each poster board is marked with a poster number.
    Please check the Program List for your assigned poster number; it is the number beginning with P shown at the beginning of your presentation title.
  • You may put up your poster from 9:30 on the day of your assigned poster session. Push pins will be available at the venue.
  • Please remove and collect your poster by 18:30 on the same day.
