Registration Period
- Early bird registration： June 17, 2026 - July 31, 2026
- Full registration： August 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026

Registration Fees
Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen (JPY), via the online registration system.
All participants, including speakers, are required to register.
Please note that for each presentation a speaker is required to complete registration.
At least one author of each accepted contribution must complete conference registration by the deadline for full-paper submission (31 July 2026).
Contributions for which no author has registered by that date will be withdrawn from the conference programme and the acceptance will be cancelled.

*You are required to upload your student ID if you are registering as a Student Participant.
Registration Requirement for Accepted Contributions
At least one author of each accepted contribution must register for the conference and present the work at APCLC2026.
Each accepted contribution requires its own registration. A single registration cannot normally be used to cover multiple accepted contributions.
As an exception, if the same person is the sole author of more than one accepted contribution, one regular conference registration may cover the first contribution, and the additional contribution(s) may be covered by purchasing the Additional Presentation Fee option.

- Select and purchase the option "Banquet" and/or "Excursion" to apply for the events.
- Optional items can be purchased anytime, during or after the initial registration payment.
- The same fee applies to each accompanying person for the Banquet/Excursion.
Purchase the option menu "Banquet with 1 Guest" or "Banquet with 2 Guests" according to the number of your accompanying persons.
- Please indicate in your registration if you would like a vegetarian or halal-friendly meal option during the banquet and/or excursion. Kindly note that this information is collected for planning purposes only and we may not be able to accommodate your requests.
Payment Method
Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card.The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.
