Cancellation Policy

We do NOT accept any cancellations for the registration.
If you have any special circumstances regarding cancellation, please contact the Bio4Apps2024 Secretariat at bio4apps@pcojapan.jp.

Visa Support

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan to confirm whether you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.
We will provide the visa application documents to the participants of this meeting who need to apply for a visa to enter Japan.
To receive Visa Support

Make sure that you have registered to attend the event and completed your payment.
     Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.

Prepare your passport information to submit in the request.

Check that your passport is valid during the Congress period.

If you wish to obtain visa support documents from the conference, please fill in the necessary parts (Information of the Application and Travel Itinerary) of the below documents and send the 3 documents with your passport copy to the Bio4Apps2024 Secretariat at (bio4apps@pcojapan.jp).

Invitation Letter

If only a letter of invitation is needed, please click the button below for the application.
We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates of the event, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location.
