As per the latest Japanese border rules and regulations, still, there are restrictions on entry into Japan.

Currently, visa-free entry for tourism purposes is not allowed from any of the countries and people.

Visitors from ALL countries must apply for a business visa and complete the procedure for COVID-19(ERFS).

In order to give our participants more flexibility, we will offer the option to attend virtually via the dedicated conference virtual platform.

Regular fees include a reception on the first day and lunch and gala dinner on the second day. The reception will be held at the Café Restaurant "Fusion21"(21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. | Café Restaurant "Fusion21").

The gala dinner will be held at Tsubajin, a long-established ryotei (Japanese restaurant) in Kanazawa since 1752 (https://tsubajin.co.jp/en/).

  Considering participants travelling from abroad, we decided to remain the Registration fees at 50,000 yen! (Domestic participants as well.)

** To qualify for a student discount, please submit an official letter (in English) from your University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status. Payments must be made in Japanese yen. Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB), Bank transfers and convenience stores are acceptable.

*Bank transfers and convenience stores are available in domestic transfers only.

Upon receiving your application and payment, the registration system will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.

From 2nd August 2022(JST), no refund will be granted for any occasion.

For now, the conference is planned to be held on-site. However, a hybrid style or an online style is under consideration due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
