Onsite Check-in

Registration

Registration will begin around 9:15 a.m. in front of the conference venue on the 2nd floor of the Sanjo Conference Hall.
Upon arrival, please stop by the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and conference materials.
For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to visit the Help Desk for assistance.

Name Badge Policy

・Name badges must be worn at all times during the event.
・Please keep your name badge for the entire duration of the conference, as it will be required for entry each day.
・Re-check-in at the registration desk is not necessary after the initial pickup.

Cloak

There is no cloakroom available at the venue.
Please use nearby coin lockers or keep your belongings at your accommodation.
