Presentation Guideline

*Please review the logistics below for oral/poster presentation and session chair.

Oral presentation

Please check your PC connection prior to the start of your session.
We encourage all speakers to be ready to begin promptly to keep the program running on time.
Each oral presentation includes question and answer from the audience.
Please be mindful of your timing to allow for transitions between speakers and to stay on schedule.

The conference room will have HDMI (and RGB) connections available.
Speakers should bring their own laptop and any necessary adapters.
Both 16:9 and 4:3 ratio work.

Chairs for oral presentation

The Session Chair will:
- Help facilitate transitions between presentations
- Ensure the session remains on time

Poster presentation

The size of the poster board is 900 mm × 1800 mm (confirm the poster size by clicking the button below).
Poster board size
As the available space is limited, please refrain from bringing posters that exceed these dimensions.
Please use the break time before the poster session begins to put up your poster at the location corresponding to your assigned number.
Please keep your poster during the whole conference and remove your poster after the conference ends.
Presenters with odd-numbered posters are requested to stand by their posters during the first half of the session (17:00–18:00), while presenters with even-numbered posters should stand by during the second half (18:00–19:00).
