*Please note that we can provide support only for the documents related to your participation during the conference.
*If you cancel your registration, we will not be able to continue providing support for your visa application process.

Support Category

Visa documents

Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, please contact the Secretariat (ispf2@pcojapan.jp) by June 20th, 2026.

- Please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of JAPAN website to check the visa requirements and application.
- Before requesting the documents, please complete the payment for the "Documents for Visa acquisition" along with the registration fee.
- The "Documents for Visa Acquisition" option (12,000 JPY) can be purchased within the same system used for participant registration.
- Document issuance can take up to 7-14 business days.

Invitation Letter

- Invitation letters are issued only to delegates who have completed the registration and payment.
- Invitation letters are issued free of charge.
- The letter will include only the event dates, event and organizer details, and confirmation of your registration.
- Document issuance can take up to 7-14 business days.
- Please fill out the form below to request an invitation letter.
