Private Policy

Personal information provided in the application form will be used for confirmation and communication services related to the operation of the conference.
Please be advised that your name, organization/ company name and department/position will be disclosed to the lectures to the extent necessary for the implementation of the conference.
When applying for the conference, please read and agree to the following web page on the handling of personal information before applying for the summit.

Registration Fees

Lunch

There are restaurants and convenience stores inside the hotel.

If you would like to order a lunch box (bento), please contact the Secretariat in advance.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store payment from within the registration system.
Receipts can be printed out by yourself from the registration system.

The following credit cards are accepted. No handling fee will be charged.

Bank transfer/convenience store payment *Please bear the bank transfer fee.
Please make payment to the bank account indicated in the e-mail by the payment deadline.
Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to be reflected.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations (refunds) will only be accepted by 14th (Wed.) February.
