Please be advised that your name, organization/ company name and department/position will be disclosed to the lectures to the extent necessary for the implementation of the conference.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store payment from within the registration system.
Receipts can be printed out by yourself from the registration system.

The following credit cards are accepted. No handling fee will be charged.
Bank transfer/convenience store payment *Please bear the bank transfer fee.
Please make payment to the bank account indicated in the e-mail by the payment deadline.
Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to be reflected.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations (refunds) will only be accepted by
14th (Wed.) February.
