Presentation Guidelines

General Instructions

All the presentations must be prepared in English, the official language of the event.
Ordinal talk presenters must complete their registration payment in advance.
For presenters, please check your scheduled presentation date and time on the program page.

Oral Presentation

Presentation Time

Speakers are asked to prepare their presentations to match the allocated times.As the schedule of presentation sessions is tight, all presenters must be ready and on time for their presentations.All presenters are kindly requested to arrive at their presentation room 15 minutes prior to the start of their session.

  Allotted times (including Q&A) are as follows:
  • Invited Talk: 30 mins (including Q & A)
  • Ordinal Talk: 15 mins (including Q & A)

Presentation Method

Please bring your own computer. Your computer will be connected to a projector in the conference hall via an HDMI cable. If your computer does not have an HDMI output, please prepare an adaptor yourself.

Poster Presentation

All poster presenters are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and well-organized poster session.

Format of the poster

  • Poster size: A0 (portrait).
    The poster should be prepared on A0-size paper in portrait orientation (118.9 cm in height × 84.1 cm in width). Please ensure that all content fits within the A0 display area.
  • At the top of the poster, include the title, affiliation, and name.
  • The poster number (presentation number) will be prepared by the secretariat and affixed to the top left of the poster panel.
  • There is no specific official format. Please feel free to use any template for making the poster.
