- Regular registration period: Oct 1 - 16, 2026

Registration Category

Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen, via the registration system. All listed fees are untaxable.

The registration fee includes:
・Access to the full technical program (workshops, posters, and exhibition)
・Refreshments

Notice for Credit Card Payments

- A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

You can download invoices/receipts and edit the name on them through "My Page".

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be accepted for payments made more than 180 days after payment. For cancellations, please contact the Secretariat at stac16-deji2ma6@pcojapan.jp

Passport and VISAs

It is the responsibility of participants to prepare for appropriate passports and visas to enter Japan. Please consult your travel agency or your local Japanese Embassy/Consulate. If you need a personal invitation, please contact the organizing committee members.

Insurance

All participants are advised to obtain necessary insurances for personal accidents, sickness, theft, property damage or loss.
