Keynote Presentation Guideline (Main hall&Room A)
Preparing and submitting your presentation
Please create your presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint.
The following OS and application will be available at the venue.
*OS: Windows10
*Application: Microsoft 365
• If you created the data with Macintosh, please bring your Mac computer.
(It is possible to open the data with Windows, but the display may differ from Macintosh.)
• Only OS (Windows 10) standard fonts will be provided
• We recommend 16:9 for the presentation data.
• Kindly submit your presentation (PPT format preferred) through the link below at your earliest convenience which will allow us to promptly share your abstracts and presentation with our interpreters. (Only Main hall & Room A's presenters need to upload their presentation)

Presentation Time
Speakers are asked to prepare their presentations to match the allocated times. As the schedule of presentation sessions is tight, all presenters must be ready and on time for their presentations.
Allotted times is as follows:
・Keynote Talk: 50 minutes (without Q&A)
At the venue
We have prepared a speakers’ presentation reception desk at the venue, please come to the reception desk
at least 30 minuets before your lecture.
Please make sure to bring a USB or any device that you could transfer your presentation to our technical staff.
At the reception desk, you are able to check whether your data will screen correctly as well.
Lunch& Learn Speaker
Preparation
Presentation data does not need to be submitted in advance.
Presentation Time
Lunch& Learn:Presentation 45min+Q&A 10min
There will be no facilitator or timer at the table. Please aim to conclude your lecture within the allocated time.
At the venue
Each table will be equipped with a projector or monitor. Please connect your own computer and start your presentation.
Oral Presentation Guideline
Presentation Time
Speakers are asked to prepare their presentations to match the allocated times. As the schedule of presentation sessions is tight, all presenters must be ready and on time for their presentations.
Allotted times is as follows:
・Contributed Talk: 15 minutes (10 min. for talk and 5 min. for Q&A)

When Presenting
• Please arrive at the room at least 20 minutes before your presentation. It is preferred that you will be there for the full session to support other presenters.
• Please bring your computer or a flash USB drive with your presentation data, operate your slides, and make your presentation at the podium.
Poster presentation Guideline
Format of the poster
• The poster size is A0 (841×1189mm) and should be displayed vertically.
• There is no specific official format. Please feel free to use any template for making the poster.
Posting, Presentation, and Removal Times
• Put-up time: from July 13th at 9:30 am to July 14th at 10:00 am.
• Presentation time: July 14 (SUN) between 12:00 and 1:30 pm
*All poster presenters MUST be next to their posters during this time. Case presentation posters will be judged in person during this session. (The judges will ask the presenters questions and you have to answer. You can describe the work in one minute if you want.)
• Removal time: must be removed after July 14th at 5:00 pm
