Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (refunds) will only be accepted within 180 days of payment and up to May 31, 2024.We will not accept the cancellation (refund) if the payment has passed 180 days or is made after June 1, 2024.

Visa Support
We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates of the event, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the event at the event’s dates and location. To request an Invitation Letter, please click the button below to apply by March 31, 2024.

Further Information Regarding Visa
Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before Congress begins.
