Submission Schedule

• Abstract Submission Open: January 15th (Thu.) 2026
• Deadline for Abstract Submission: April 1st (Wed.) April 20th, 2026 (11:59 pm JST)
• Abstract Acceptance: June 1st (Mon.) 2026

*All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Basic Information for Abstracts

・Abstracts must be submitted in English and text format.
・The abstract text must not exceed 5,000 characters (including spaces and formatting tags).
・An input field will be provided for you to enter your abstract directly in the submission system.
・Formatting and Special Characters are available for Abstract Text. Kindly click here for more information.
・Please note that figures and tables do not need to be submitted.
・3 Keywords should be provided as a must (e.g. Pulsed power, particle beam, electromagnetic launcher).

Abstract Submission

All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system. Registrations sent via e-mail, fax, or post will not be accepted. Please read the following instructions carefully before starting your abstract submission.
One participant can submit up to TWO abstracts. There is no restriction on the number of abstract co-authors.

Deadline for Abstract Submission: April 1st (Wed.) 2026 (11:59 pm JST)
*Edits and modifications to your submission can be made within the submission period.
*Please note: you will not receive a confirmation email upon submission.
