Registration Period

- Early bird registration period: March 9 (Mon.)  - June 30th (Tue.), 2026 (11:59 p.m. JST)
- Regular registration period: July 1 (Wed.) - September 17 (Thu.), 2026
*All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Registration Category

Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen, via the registration system. All listed fees include 10% tax.

The registration fee includes:

Credit Card

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required; please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

You can download invoices/receipts and edit the name on them through "My Page".

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued for payments made more than 180 days prior, nor for refund requests submitted after July 1, 2026 (JST).
Cancellations made on or before June 30, 2026, will be refunded after deducting a handling fee. For cancellations, please contact the Secretariat at eappc2026@pcojapan.jp.

Other Support

Visa Support

Participants who require visa documents are kindly requested to allow at least one month for processing.
Some nationalities require a visa to enter Japan.
- Please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website to check visa requirements and application procedures.
- We can only accept requests made by July 31 (Fri.), 2026 (JST).
- Application fee: 33,000 JPY
- Please complete the payment for the "Document Issuance for Visa Application" along with the registration fee.
- Please note that the organizing committee cannot guarantee the approval of your visa applications.

Visa application documents will only be issued for requests received by July 31, 2026 (JST).

Invitation Letter

To request an invitation letter, click the button below.
Invitation letters are issued only to delegates who have submitted the abstract or registered for EAPPC-BEAMS-EML 2026.
The letter will include event dates, organizer details, and confirmation of your registration.
