Note

• Application deadline may be extended if slots remain available, or may close earlier once all slots are filled.
• Payment for sponsorship fees must be made by bank transfer in Japanese yen, net of bank charges.
• Please note that your booth location will be assigned by the organizer.

Cancellation policy

• If an organization that has received the notification of approval for participation to cancel the sponsorship agreement, it must notify the EAPPC-BEAMS-EML2026 Organizing Secretariat in writing.
• If the notice of termination of the sponsorship agreement is received by the EAPPC-BEAMS-EML2026 Organizing Secretariat by April, 30th 2026 and payment has been made, the reservation fee will be refunded minus a 10% (excluding tax) administration fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
