On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee of EAPPC-BEAMS-EML 2026, I am proud and very happy to invite all fellow colleagues to Nagaoka, Japan for the 11th Euro-Asian Pulsed Power Conference (EAPPC), co-organized with the 26th International Conference on High-Power Particle Beams (BEAMS) and the 21st International Symposium on Electromagnetic Launch Technology (EML), on September 13-17, 2026, at Hotel New Otani Nagaoka. This conference will provide a forum for hundreds of researchers and engineers from around the world. It serves as a premier venue for presenting the latest developments in pulsed power technology, high-power particle beam technology, electromagnetic acceleration technology, and their wide-ranging applications. Participants will engage in active discussions and share insights on future research and development perspectives.

The conference will be held in Nagaoka which is the second-largest city in Niigata Prefecture. The city has been a center of agriculture and manufacturing for centuries, with a focus on rice farming, sake brewing, and fermented food production. It is known for its variety of historic shrines and temples, unique regional cuisines, breathtaking landscapes, cozy hot-springs, local cultural events, and a world-class fireworks festival.
