Technical Tour
- Scheduled Date: October 10 (Saturday), 2026
- Includes: Transportation from the starting point of the tour to the end point (Nagano Station)

Participation fee for students does not include the banquet.If you are a student and would like to attend the banquet, please purchase the option.
Documents for Visa acquisition
Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, please contact the Secretariat (synore2026@pcojapan.jp) by July 31, 2026.
- We can only issue documents to presenters or International Scientific Committee members.
- Please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of JAPAN website to check the visa requirements and application.
- Please complete the payment for the "Documents for Visa acquisition" along with the registration fee before requesting the documents.
- Please note that the organizing committee cannot guarantee the approval of your visa applications.
- Document issuance can take up to 7-14 business days.
Registration Certificate
Please select and purchase this option if you require a letter to prove your registration for official purposes at your institution.
If you require documents for a visa application, please purchase the option "Documents for Visa Application."
*Please note that the certificate of attendance is different from the Registration Certificate and will be available for download after the conference.
