Onsite Check-in

Registration

Upon arrival, please stop by at the Registration Desk to check in and pick up your conference materials.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to visit the Registration Desk at any time.

Opening Hours

• Mar. 2: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Mar. 3: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
  

Registration Check-in & Name Badge

• Please present your Registration Check-in QR code (downloadable from My Page) at the Registration Desk
• Please note that you need to print out the QR Code, as it will be used as your name card.
• Name badges must be worn at all times during the event.
