Registration Period

- Regular Registration Deadline: Feb 27, 2026 (11:59 p.m. JST)
*All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Registration Category

Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen, via the registration system. All listed fees are non-taxable.

The registration fee includes:
・Participation in Seminars/ Sessions
・Abstract Submission
・Coffee Break

Regular	15,000 JPY
Regular (URSI Senior member / fellow)	13,500 JPY
Student / Retired	7,000 JPY
Retired (URSI Senior member / Fellow)	6,300 JPY

*Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card

Credit Card

The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required; please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

Receipts can be downloaded from "My Page".
You can edit the name on the invoice or receipt in "My page".

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be accepted after February 27, 2026. For cancellations, please contact the URSI-JRSM2026 Secretariat at jrsm2026@pcojapan.jp.
