Presentation Guidelines

General Instructions

  • All the presentations must be prepared in English, the official language of the event.
  • Presenters must complete their registration payment in advance.
  • For presenters, please check your scheduled presentation date and time on the program page.

Oral Presentation

Presentation Time

You must bring and attach your own computer to the LCD projector in the session room. Both HDMI and VGA connectors are available.  
Allotted times (including Q&A) are as follows:
  • Keynote Lecture: 45 minutes  (35 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)
  • Invited Lecture: 30 minutes  (20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)
  • Contributed Talk: 15 minutes  (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A)

Poster Presentation

All poster presenters are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and well-organized poster session.

Format of the poster

  • Please prepare your poster in A0 size (1,189 mm height and 841 mm width). Please note that posters exceeding A0 dimensions will not be accepted.
  • At the top of the poster, include the title, affiliation, and name.
  • Each poster board is marked with a poster ID‐number, which can be found in the poster program.
  • Please keep in mind that the poster message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation. Please use an appropriate text font size and illustrations, allowing posters to be readable by participants from two meters away.

Posting, Presentation, and Removal Times

  • Posting Time: Mar. 2nd, 12:30 pm  
    Please confirm your poster number and put up your poster during lunch break.
  • Presentation Time: Mar. 2nd, 4:15 pm – 6:15 pm
    Poster presenters should stay near their posters during the entire presentation time.
  • Removal Time: Mar. 2nd, 6:15 pm – 6:30 pm
    Posters not removed by the designated removal time will be taken down and discarded by the secretariat. Thank you for your understanding.
