There are three presentation formats at this conference: Oral, OS (Oral), and Poster.
Regardless of the presentation format, all authors are required to submit a full paper.
Authors must choose one of the following two options:
All submitted papers—including those not submitted for peer review and those that are reviewed but not accepted—will be available for download only to conference participants for a limited period.
The J-STAGE proceedings are scheduled to be submitted for indexing in Ei Compendex.
FAQ
Q1. What is the status of downloadable manuscripts that are not included in the J-STAGE version?
A1. All manuscripts—including those that have not been reviewed—will be available for download exclusively to participants on the day of the conference. The features planned for the J-STAGE conference proceedings, such as DOI assignment, open access, and indexing in databases, will not apply to the downloadable versions.
However, since these files will be accessible online even if only in a limited manner, authors who intend to submit their work to another journal after the conference should consider substantially reducing the content to avoid potential issuesin the future.
Q2. Is there a limit on the number of pages or length of manuscripts?
A2. There are no restrictions on either the minimum or maximum length.
Q3. If I plan to submit to a JSASS journal, including the APISAT-2026 special issue, which peer review option should I choose?
A3. If you select “No” (no peer review), no issues will arise regardless of the content of the manuscript. If you select “Yes,” the policy is currently under consideration. We will post an update here as soon as it becomes available.
