Registration

It is important to read all the information on the website before starting the registration process.
All participants are required to register for APISAT 2026.
All registration fees must be paid online through the registration system. On-site payment will not be accepted.
Presenters of oral and poster presentations are required to complete their registration fee payment by September 15, 2026 (JST).

Registration Due Dates

Start of Registration: July 17, 2026（JST）
Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 15, 2026（JST）
Regular Registration Deadline: October 23, 2026（JST）

Registration Fees

Payments must be made in Japanese yen.
Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB) is preferable.
*JSASS members are exempt from taxation.

Registration Inclusions

Registration Fee includes:

Access to all sessions of APISAT-2026 (JSASS members can also attend the 64th Aircraft Symposium)
One ticket to Welcome Reception on Tuesday 27 October 2026 (Including student members)
One ticket to Banquet on Wednesday 28 October 2026 (General registrants only; students excluded)
Proceedings (downloadable version)
Publication on J-STAGE (Open Access; for authors who select peer review only)
Lunch and refreshments for coffee breaks

*Lunch (boxed lunch) is included in the regular registration fee.
However, to help reduce food waste, we kindly ask participants to indicate in advance whether they require lunch

Extra Options

Banquet（Students/ Accompanying persons）	14,000 JPY per ticket
Reception (Accompanying Persons)	12,000 JPY per ticket
Post Tour (All Attendees)	5,000 JPY per person

*The post tour is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 50 participants.

Online Option

This conference highly values the opportunities for discussion and collaboration that arise from in-person participation.
However, an online participation option will be available for participants who are unable to attend in person due to unavoidable circumstances, such as government-imposed travel restrictions.
Participants wishing to use this option should contact the Organizing Committee in their respective country.
Please note that a reduced registration fee will apply to those who participate under this online option.

Notice for Credit Card Payments
- A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
- Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
- Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
- Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

Invoice and Receipt

You can download invoices/receipts and edit the name on them through "My Page".
