Onsite Check-in

Registration/ Help Desk

Upon arrival, please stop by the Regsitration Desk to pick up your name badge and conference materials.
For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to visit the Help Desk for assistance.

September 29 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM at 1st Floor Entrance Lobby
September 30 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM at 1st Floor Entrance Lobby
October 1 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM at 1st Floor Entrance Lobby

Registration Check-in & Name Badge

  • Please present your Registration Check-in QR code (downloadable from My Page) at the Registration Desk to receive your name badge. 
  • You may either print the QR code or save it on your mobile phone for on-site check-in.
  • Name badges must be worn at all times during the event.

【Wifi Access】
Free Wi-Fi is available at the venue. However, please note that when many participants are connected at the same time, the connection speed may be limited. For a more stable internet connection, we recommend that you bring your own pocket Wi-Fi.

Refreshment

Refreshments will be served on each floor at the conference venue.
Core Time: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM / 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Lunch

Participants will receive 12 lunch tickets upon on-site registration.
Lunch tickets are available for the Kitchen Car, Bento Box, and the Restaurant DELI (inside the conference venue).
Menu items may require more than one ticket. Please check the menu at each location.
