- Regular registration period: July 1  - October 3, 2025

Registration Category

Payment is accepted by credit card only, in Japanese yen, via the registration system. All listed fees include 10% tax.

    *Accompanying persons with an Access Pass are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception and coffee breaks.
    *Conference dinner tickets are not included in the registration fee. Please purchase the relevant number of tickets separately if you plan to attend.

    The following credit cards are accepted in the registration system.

    Notice for Credit Card Payments
    - A one-time password will be required, please have your mobile phone registered with your credit card ready.
    - Please complete the payment process on a computer, not on a smartphone. (Use the latest version of Chrome.)
    - Using a smartphone or a browser other than Chrome may result in authentication failure during credit card payment.
    - Please do not click the "Back" or cancel buttons during the credit card payment process.

    Invoice and Receipt

    You can download invoices/receipts and edit the name on them through "My Page".

    Cancellation Policy

    No refunds will be accepted for payments made more than 180 days after payment or after July 31, 2025. For cancellations, please contact the Secretariat at *****@pcojapan.jp.

    Some nationalities require a visa to enter Japan.
    Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website to check visa requirements and application procedures.

    Visa application documents will only be issued for requests received by August 31, 2025 (JST).

    Invitation Letter

    To request an invitation letter, click the button below.
    Invitation letters are issued only to delegates who have completed registration and payment.
    The letter will include event dates, organizer details, and confirmation of your registration.

    Childcare Support

    If you wish to use childcare services during the conference, please contact the secretariat (*****@pcojapan.jp) by June 30 (the early registration deadline) at the latest. Please share the number of children, their ages, and any other necessary information with us. After confirming your request, the secretariat will contact you.
