Important Dates

  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: February 28, 2023 (JST) March 14, 2023(JST)
  • Deadline for Submission to JJAP: July 15, 2023 (JST)


Important Notice

  • The conference will be held on-site only unless instructed by the national or local government. No oral presentations or posters will be streamed online.
  • The final program will be decided by Program Committee. Please note that we might not meet your expectations, thank you for your understanding.
  • Please contact the secretariat(Email:emnano2023@pcojapan.jp) for corrections after submitting the abstract.
  • The submitted abstract cannot be changed or withdrawn after the deadline for any reason.
  • Nobody other than the first author and co-authors can present at the conference for any reason.

Abstract Submission

  • Prospective authors must submit the abstract (A4 format) to the EM-NANO 2023 website by February 28, 2023 (JST).
  • The abstract must be prepared in English and submitted as a PDF file.
  • The abstract must include the title of the paper, author(s) affiliation(s), address(es), e-mail address, and article text with all figures and tables.
  • Your preference for the presentation form (oral or poster) will be decided by the Program Committee.
  • The abstract form will be available on the EM-NANO 2023 website. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by April 25, 2023. 


All registrations can only be submitted with the online submission form, registrations sent by e-mail, fax or post will be ignored.

Student Awards

  • There will be student awards for both oral and poster categories.
  • The applicants must be currently enrolled as a student during the conference period.
  • The applicants must be both the first author and the presenter of the presentation.
