Please come to the reception desk to pick up your name badge and conference documents.

  • 5th June: 2:00 pm-6:00 pm
  • 6th June: 8:30 am-5:30 pm
  • 7th June: 8:30 am-5:00 pm
  • 8th June: 8:30 am-3:00 pm

    We provide Chartered Buses departure at 17:00 and 17:15. 
  • 2 mins walk from Kanazawa Station
  • Please bring the banquet ticket with you, the ticket will be attached to your name badge.
