        It is very important to read all the information on the website before you start the registration process.

        • Presenters must pay the registration fee by May 10th, 2023(JST).
        • All the participants are required to register for EM-NANO 2023 and complete the payment before the conference.
        • Please refer to the bottom of the page for the cancellation policy.



        Registration Fees

        Registration fees for EM-NANO 2023 are listed below.


        *Payments must be made in Japanese yen.

        Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB) is preferable.

        Bank Transfer is only available for domestic participants.

        *Lunch and Banquet are NOT included in the standard registration fee. 


        Cancellation and Refund Policy

        • No refund will be granted for any occasion.
        • We still hold the program online if a state of emergency issues in Kanazawa city, so no refunds will be granted for COVID-19.


        Visa Support

        If your country is NOT on the "Exemption of VISA" list, you will need a Visa to enter Japan.

        To apply for a VISA, you need to bring the required documents to the nearby embassy for the process.

        We strongly suggest starting the process as soon as possible in case there are some unpredictable incidents that delayed the issue of the VISA.


        International Participants who wish for the documents, please contact the secretariat before 30th April 2023 (JST).

        *Please note that we can only issue VISA documents for participants who have already registered and completed the payment.
