Excursions
Who can participate in the excursions?
The excursions are available to conference participants. Accompanying persons are also welcome to join. If you wish to register an accompanying person, please select the appropriate option from the registration menu. Registration will close once the capacity for each excursion has been reached.
Can I join an excursion on the day without prior registration?
Advance registration is required. On-site registration will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my excursion after registration?
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Secretariat by October 12, 2026. (JST) Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted after this date.
What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point?
The tour will depart on schedule out of consideration for other participants. If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the excursion.
Can I leave my luggage on the bus? (For excursions using a bus)
Please keep all valuables with you at all times. Other luggage may be left on the bus.
Will there be an English-speaking guide?
Yes. An English-speaking tour guide will accompany the tour and provide information at each destination.
Are meals included?
This depends on the excursion course. Please refer to the details of each excursion course for more information.
Can you accommodate vegetarian meals or food allergies?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please indicate your requests in the registration system.
