- 2024/12/12 The Notification of Acceptance has been sent to all contributed paper authors via email. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact the Secretariat.

- 2024/11/1 Although the abstract submission deadline has passed, we encourage those who have not yet submitted to do so as soon as possible. We still accept proposals for poster presentations by the end of the calendar year.
- 2024/10/16 As the cottages have a minimum occupancy requirement of three people, it may be challenging to reserve one for a single group. Therefore, for those who are interested in sharing a room, we kindly ask you to provide the following information (period you want to share the room, gender, registration ID) via Google Form by Nov. 29th (Fri).
