Presentation Guidlines

Instructions for Poster Presentation

The available poster board size is W90 cm x H210 cm.
We strongly recommend preparing your presentation in A0 portrait format.
Please mount your materials on the board corresponding to your assigned presentation ID. Thumbtacks or pins will be provided.

Instructions for Oral Presentation

The presentation room is equipped with a projector. To minimize time loss due to connectivity and setup issues, we recommend using the venue-provided Windows laptop. Speakers are requested to upload their presentation files during the break before the assigned session.
However, if you prefer, you are welcome to use your personal laptop, such as a Mac PC.
