Presentation Guidlines

Instructions for Poster Presentation

The available poster board size is W90 cm x H210 cm.
We strongly recommend preparing your presentation in A0 portrait format.

Due to poster board restrictions, the poster mounting method has been changed.
Please use double-sided sticky tape to mount your poster on the board that your presentation ID is posted on.
Double-sided sticky tape will be available from the workshop staff.

Thumbtacks (drawing pins) will be available from the workshop staff.

Instructions for Oral Presentation

The presentation room is equipped with a projector. To minimize time loss due to connectivity and setup issues, we recommend using the venue-provided Windows laptop. Speakers are requested to upload their presentation files during the break before the assigned session.
However, if you prefer, you are welcome to use your personal laptop, such as a Mac PC.

Presentation Time

• Plenary Speaker: 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A)
• Invited Speaker: 20 minutes (17 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A)
• Contributed Speaker: 15 minutes (13 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A)
