IBS2app 2025 has negotiated discounted group rates with the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort hotel and Cottage HIMUKA hotel for IBS2app 2025 attendees which are in close proximity to the Seagaia Convention Center.
Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your hotel reservation early as space is limited. Conference Group Rate rooms are available between Monday, February 10, 2025 – Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort

• Address: Hamayama Yamasaki-cho, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture (1 min walk to the Convention Center)


Cottage HIMUKA hotel

• Address: Hamayama Yamasaki-cho, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture
• Access to the Convention Center: Cottage Himuka is located within the Phoenix Resort park, as is the Sheraton Hotel and the Convention Center, but is 4 km apart and can be reached by the scheduled park shuttle bus (free, 10 min) or by renting a bicycle. (https://seagaia.co.jp/english/access/)
• Minimum 3 persons, and maximum 8 persons / 1 room
  
• As the cottages have a minimum occupancy requirement of three people, it may be challenging to reserve one for a single group. Therefore, for those who are interested in sharing a room, we kindly ask you to provide the following information (period you want to share the room, gender, registration ID) via Google Form by Nov. 29th (Fri).
