    Payment can only be made by credit card within the registration system in Japanese yen.
    *If you wish to use bank transfer, please contact the secretariat. Please acknowledge that the transfer fee will be a burden on the participants.

    Cancellation Policy

    No cancellations (refunds) will be processed for payments made more than 180 days ago or after December 16th, 2024.
    We will not accept the cancellation (refund) if the payment has passed 180 days or is made after December 16th, 2024.
    For cancellations, please contact the IBS2app 2025 Secretariat at ibs2app2025@pcojapan.jp.

    Visa Support

    We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates and location of the workshop, the organizer’s details, including contact information, and confirmation of your registration to attend the workshop. To request an Invitation Letter, click the button below. Applications must be submitted by October 20, 2024.

    • Make sure that you have registered to attend the workshop and completed your payment.
      Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.
    • Prepare your passport information to submit in the request.
    • Check that your passport is valid during the workshop period.

    Further Information Regarding Visa

    Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.
    A visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before the workshop begins.
