  • The information regarding the timetable and presentation number will be announced soon.
  • Oral Presentation

    Presentation Time

・ Speakers are asked to prepare their presentations to match the allocated times. As the schedule of presentation
sessions is tight, all presenters must be ready and on time for their presentations.

      Allotted times are as follows:

Invited Talk: 30 minutes (approximately 25 min presentation + 5 min discussion)
Contributed Talk: 15 minutes (approximately 12 min presentation + 3 min discussion)

    Presentation Method

・ We kindly request that all presenters self-test the connection/presentation setup during the break prior to their
      session.

・ Please bring your own computer. Your computer will be connected to a projector in the conference hall via an
HDMI cable. If your computer does not have an HDMI output, please prepare an adaptor by yourself.

・ Please note that PCs such as Surface or Macintosh often require additional connectors. Also, make sure to bring
      your PC's AC adapter.

・ Disable the screensaver, virus check, and power-saving settings beforehand.

・ Additionally, as a backup, save your presentation data on a USB flash drive and bring it with you.

・ The size of the poster panel is 210 cm in height and 90 cm in width. Please create your poster to fit within this
